The construction site at 385 14th street AKA 1314 Franklin Street started work this morning at 6:30am. The posted hours say they're supposed to start work at 9am on weekends. The excavators are dumping dirt into dump trucks and it's really loud. They also usually start work before the permitted weekday hours (7am) and end work past the permitted weekday hours (7pm).
