Description

There needs to be a turn signal at Marsh and Park Road. Every day the 5pm traffic is backed up down Park Road towards Hillside. The traffic from Uptown is non stop. Not to mention, only 1-2 cars make the risky turn in 5pm traffic every light rotation. Someone is going to eventually get killed trying to make this turn.
