Please be advised that Riverview Road is a private road. The City did perform temporary pothole maintenance at the beginning of the road near the Pole's Hill entrance. We unfortunately cannot go beyond that point since the condition of the entire road is is beyond minor repair allowed by the Gloucester Code of Ordinances and Mass General Law. The City offers a paving program for private ways where the abutters petition the City to manage a resurfacing project at the cost of the abutters.
