Need 4 way stop signs. People speed through this intersection while kids are at the corner.

You would need to contact the City of Warren since these streets are under their jurisdiction. However, the purpose of stop signs are not to control speed. The most efficient way to reduce speeding is to provide additional police presence. You should contact the Warren PD to request additional police presence in this area. A word of caution, however, when additional police presence is requested, we have found that the speeders that are ticketed are the residents of the subdivision in the majority of cases.

4 way stop signs will not help. We have tried this on Moceri Circle and Lutz, Only to find that people run the stop signs as they cut through our street to travel between 13 Mile and Schooner. The Police do not enforce it as they have bigger problems in the south end. I say that not to insult our officers but because i believe it to be true. I feel your pain but trust me, unless there is a cop at every stop sign, it just does not work.
