This attached house has been neglected/abandoned as this house has open windows and insufficient boards on windows. You see animals going in as well. We are concerned that the structure's integrity is compromised as it has been severely weathered by these numerous storms. This is also a huge eye sore on this block of beautiful victorian homes. Please help!
