Golf Manor apartments has a cinder block wall at the back of their property that was damaged (knocked down) from their side about a year and a half ago, and they have done nothing to repair the wall, leaving a 20 to 30 foot hole between their property and mine. They insist that it is not their responsibility to repair it, even though the last time this happened, they repaired the fence.
