I’m not sure if this is a Somerville or Cambridge enforcement issue, but if it’s Somerville, unfortunately, Somerville no longer monitors SeeClickFix. You can submit the same types of requests at https://www.somervillema.gov/311 or via their own Somerville 311 app.
