Violations observed: 1. trash screening, 2. accessory structure ( play equipment- pool, bbq pit); posted notice giving time to abate both issues. The ball goal is not in violation.

The basket ball goal is a violation of the HOA deed restrictions.Ms Garza is the Meadowcreek Property Manager.

An inspection was conducted and the only violations observed was a trash screening and children's play pool. The ball goal and bar-b-que pit is not in violation of the city's ordinance, they may be a violation of your deed restrictions which can be determined by contacting your HOA, or if available, reviewing your Declaration of Covenants. A notice was posted to inform of the violations and giving time to abate them. I do suggest you contact your HOA regarding the ball goal and barbeque pit. Thanks for being concerned.
