This business is not legal to operate without a TCO or CO and there are safety hazards associated with their continued use of cooking equipment in spite of these facts. Please reopen and explain penalties for this abuse.

upon on routine patrol notice door open to the establishment and a person unloading merchandise from a vehicle I proceeded towards the premises and went inside at that time notice that persons were in the kitchen area in the back of the premises I identify myself and ask for ID's for everyone, at this time I call office for a REHS inspector to meet me at the location and call building and fire prevention as well . the establishment was order to shut down and summonses issue also advice the person in charge to get the property credentials to start the process operate business .

Thank you. This is an ongoing issue (months now). How are we reassured they will not continue cooking, loading up food truck, putting out trash on non-trash pick up days, etc at NIGHT when no one is around during the day to check on them except for neighbors making reports on this site?
