North of 54th Avenue between 5 towns and Holy Cross Church, there is a beautiful ramp. Smooth, wide, gentle slope, and solid handrails. Further north there is a ramp to that is narrow, has cracks,steep, rusty handrails and a growing small pothole on the bottom of the ramp. Can this ramp be improved?
