  Because of this situation cars are almost getting into accidents. They’ve even tried to u-turn where the traffic cones/strips are on Calaveras. An abundance of cars take off the Redwood Road exit off of Highway 13 and they whip through Mountain Blvd to make a left turn to reconnect on the 580 freeway due to the backed up traffic on Highway 13.

  Yes, you're right! The U-turns being made on Calaveras are especially dangerous and crazy.

  Was finally able to get through to the OPD non-emergency line on 2/22 to request traffic patrol at this location. Between 4 -4:30 pm today, 2/23, the parade of u-turning vehicles continued unhindered by traffic enforcement.
