Descripción
Someone has dumped 4-5 cubic feet of some substance (possibly a litter box) that's filled with lots of animal feces. Of greater concern, sprinkled on top are quantities of pellets that look like rat poison - so this could be highly hazardous. Location is on the DG adjacent to the sidewalk about 25 feet east of the entrance to the parking lot under the freeway.

Dear Sir or Madam,
Thank you for contacting the Oakland Call Center, but additional information will be needed before your service request can be processed. Can you please give an accurate address of where the items have been dumped? Where exactly is this pile of litter box debris? Is there a landmark that can be used to help our staff better located this dumped substance.
Thank you

Two Points:
1. Since there aren't any buildings or a specific address, I took great care in placing the cursor on the map and also described the location as carefully as possible. That is, on the south side of Lake Park adjacent to the sidewalk on the decomposed granite surface and about 100 feet east of the entrance to the parking lot under the freeway. As an additional point of reference, it's almost directly across the street from Heart and Dagger.
2. Coincidentally, a pest control contractor came out to inspect Splash Pad Park's rat problem today and he thinks the pellets are actually from a pellet-burning stove but I'm not sure either way.
Hope this helps.
