Description
City crew truck number 4252 just filled this pothole. One crew member drops bag of asphalt. Opens bag with shove. Fills hole with loose asphalt. Levels loose asphalt with shovel. Off to the next make work job. This patch will last three days tops at this busy intersection. Plus the driver and passenger were not wearing seat belts.
