The protected pedestrian walkway in front of the new motel construction has lights installed. They worked for a few days but have been dark for the last week or so. It is really dark in such a covered space once the sun goes down, even more so since the street lights diagonally across Clairemont have been out for over a year (another issue that was reported but has thus far been ignored).
