Driver's rarely stop for the flashing crosswalk signal at East Dougherty St an Winnona Dr. Can we get some enforcement down here on Saturday morning? Kids often cross here to go to athletic classes at Agnes-Scott... No one bothers to stop. Write some tickets before another pedestrian is hit in Decatur please. Thanks.

Also, last time I crossed S. Candler at E. Dougherty, the pedestrian signal was not working on the Winnona Drive side of S. Candler.

I couldn't agree more with the author of this message! I cross at Winnona/Candler and E. College/Agnes Scott/RR underpass daily. Drivers often fly through the crosswalks. It seems to be a combination of driver ignorance and driver impatience.

I keep seeing posts from the city that it is addressing this. But nothing has happened. Signal at the East College underpass has been out for more than a month. This is a dangerous situation that should be remediated today!
