Beschreibung

Owner of parking lot previously reported (issue #4083071) never cleared sidewalk. Most recent snowstorm plowing of parking lot only added additional snow to blockage, a second violation. Please clear the sidewalk and bill the owner. Neal St. is narrow and busy at this point, and pedestrians are forced to walk into the street to pass. This owner has been a chronic problem.
