There’s still a huge snowbank blocking the sidewalk. Corner of Ontario and park. Perhaps you should actually send people out and not just assume it disappeared already, a week after being posted. Do your jobs.

Whoever lives on the corner should be shoveling it, unless it is city property. That means if it is plowed in multiple times it need to be cleared by the land owner or tenant.
The DGS crews are dedicated to doing everything they can to making this a great city.

We are sending a supervisor to this location to investigate the issue, and rectify any snow and ice removal concerns.
