OK. We didn't have time to look at this yesterday, but we can take a look next week. I assume you have tried rebooting the laptop and making sure the speaker isn't turned off (check speaker icon in bottom right taskbar).

I stopped out today to look at the printing issue in the Children's Room and neither laptop is having an issue playing sounds.
