How would anyone know if this is a legal parking spot? Or illegal for that matter?

Apparently, the driveway is a legal driveway and the owner may have a permit to park in front of her own driveway.

Mr Yun how can it be verified? Since the appearance of it does not appear to be one.

The Zoning Department verifies. I know that many driveways cannot even fit a car into the space, but years ago prior to proper regulation, some homeowners built driveways that are not functional but are on the books as being legally constructed driveways.

So i guess I will wait on here to see if it is legal through the zoning department, because those paper signs are new.

Sorry. I didn't notice the paper signs in the picture. If you read some Jersey City history, corruption was rampant. Things like this happened on a regular basis.
