The intersection lights seem to be out of sync with the heavy morning traffic. I sat at that intersection this morning, the light was green but the whole time, the light at 209 was red, so the traffic on Pines Blvd heading to West Broward and US 27th was not moving at all. This caused a back up both on 208 and Pines, and some drivers decided to block the intersection and traffic was not moving at all in either direction. Please look into this, as this has been ongoing since school started back in January.
