The bump appears to be a temporary asphalt patch from underground utility work. This item will be forwarded to the inspector so he can verify the final work is per City Standards.

Thank you for reporting this issue. The bump is a temporary patch done by a utility company under an approved encroachment permit. They will be coming back at a later date to repave this street cut. We appreciate your help with Fixin Dixon. City of Dixon
