Based on the City of Oakland GIS mapping (see attached excerpt), it would appear that the public right-of-way includes the majority of unpaved back-of-curb area extending up to the fence. As such, it would appear that this case should properly be forwarded to OPD ABANDONED AUTOS, PUBLIC.

Looks like this car was removed yesterday (1/18/2018), but the spare tire that it was sitting on still remains.

Car is gone.
