For some reason my additional info wasn't posted. The light sequence on Grove Street for the 16th Street & 14th Street intersections are out of wack. Red lights skip and green lights are so quick, only 2-3 cars can get through. This is problematic during rush hours when people are trying to go through the 14th Street intersection. Grove Street backs up and take 15 minutes to go 2 blocks. Something needs to be fixed. This started happening about 3 weeks ago.
