Trees from The Meadows Apartments are encroaching on the sidewalk at about 18001 Dr. M. L. King Jr St N. The offending trees are at eye level. The Resident Manager at the Meadows is Judy Smith 727-576-1029. This is not the first time. If their lack of diligence breaks city code, please fine them. Perhaps that will get and keep their attention.
