  human waste disposal is biggest problem, trash dumping is another, large concentration in a neighborhood already being shortchanged on trash pickup is another problem.

  The City is not a RV, Trailer park by law no vehicle can sit in one spot more than 72 hour, There are a few hundred of these Rvs and trailers scattered all over Oakland with that "free" parking they take full advantage of illegal dumping of there trash and in many case's the illegal dumping of there toxic effluent both of which in up in our creeks, lake and bay. These are little more than the illegal tent, trap campers only with wheels.

  Ahh. You did not say that they had been parked there for more than 72 hours. That's definitely a parking enforcement issue. Thanks for the report! I'll stop by and let the owner know they need to drive around the block every few days to stay legal.
