This needs to be addressed to Pinellas County Code Enforcement A.S.A.P. !!

Yes this is true at night time you see all the raccoons and rats . Since it has been cold even more so. The city did step in a few months ago and made him move the stuff out front. The homeowner laughed and said he moved it but he would gradually move it back. Which he did plus more. The back of his house is full of campers and crap where all the critters live . It is definitely infested with all types of critters rats raccoons and god knows what else.. Please take care of this it is not fair for the ones living around it. I am now getting rats and seeing more raccoons coming from this property. Of course the owner does not care and he has stated this cause he does not live there. It is like a dump

I look forward to having this issue resolved. The raccoons got into neighbors garbage last night, once again. Leaving other neighbors to clean up the mess !!
