That’s not true I live in this building and the owner always cleans the snow. There is a particular incident going on with the building in that they were city pipes that were busted so we were left with no water. The city has been digging up the block so that has impeded them from cleaning up the snow, but they have tried their best and there is a walkway. Thank you.
