This is very true. New drivers come to a full stop halfway into the right turn dedicated lane. Drivers crossing the bridge may try to merge into this lane early. Would not hurt to have a traffic engineer look at it and 1. Prevent drivers crossing bridge from merging into this lane early and 2. Make it more visible to drivers exiting the freeway to know it is a dedicated right lane. Some drivers exiting the freeway may have to make the left turn at Robles and come to a complete stop in right lane to look and wait for all clear.Rather than safety merging into traffic at same speed as left lane traffic.
