Descrizione

1) Dumped translucent plastic bin with liquid in it on sidewalk. 2) Plastic bucket filled with clothing & trash, rectangular plastic planter filled with soil & plants in the street tree planter (7th from the Ettie/28th corner). 3) 8' x 2' black wooden panel & white metal siding in adjacent gutter in front of curb. Located on north side sidewalk of 28th St. at mid point between Ettie and Peralta Streets.
