Description

Resident says that the sweeper seems to frequently (the last 2 months especially) not go down Ogden Avenue. It has gotten so bad that the cars don't even bother to move any more. Signs say that the sweeper is due between 8 and 10 AM Tuesdays and Fridays but the sweeper turns before it reaches this part of Ogden between Ferry and Franklin Streets. She hears them turn and go to Palisade Avenue but they never seem to make it onto Ogden Avenue.
