Abandoned Property. A piece of property which has been vacant since the 1950's has been maintained by neighbors for 60 years is no longer maintained. It has no address and the current neighbors have tried for 6 months to get the owner to come out and mow. The city of St Pete told neighbors that it was their responsibility as the land was ROW. This is NOT TRUE. The lot is 22' x 170'. It has private property on three sides of it and the only access to it is from an alley. In the photo, the fence is 6' tall, the weeds over 2'. Please advise if you want to know who the owner is.
