This is why the Marshall street easement should be no parking. It looks like a parking lot. No one can get in or out of the parking garage at the Marriott. Dangerous for fire safety.

This easement is completely blocked by cars parking alongside the Alexan apartments , a delivery truck, and a moving van -- all parked.
