300-400 block of Summit Street is still not plowed, causing vehicles to take dangerous detours. This is a major artery between Eastern Street/Route 80 and East Grand Avenue. Vehicles are needlessly going down the hill to Quinnipiac Ave, which if not already flooded at the trestle soon will be. Please re-open the 300-400 block of Summit street as soon as possible.
