Description

There was always a stop sign at the intersection of the pedestrian path from the Amtrak station & Shellmound St. Now the stop sign has been removed along with the realignment of the street in front of the Public Market. There is a marked crosswalk, but cars rarely stop. It is very difficult for pedestrians to safely cross Shellmound. This intersection was dangerous to navigate when the stop sign was present, now it's worse. Please consider putting the stop sign back. As the city is getting denser it's increasingly frustrating to walk around safely.
