Dear City,

For a few weeks now - at least on Saturdays - it's impossible to safely cross Powell St (at Christie Ave) despite using the crosswalk. Even if you push the button to request the green light for pedestrians, the light won't change - it remains red. I have waited over 12 min - and multiple rounds of the traffic flow - and eventually decided to carefully cross with the pedestrian red light on.

Can you please check this?
