Barrier not in position. Lawn eroded. No snowplowing in weeks and none anticipated per weather forecast. Vehicles continue to park outside of zoned parking lot.

Please explain what "referred as possible zoning violation" means. Specifically, referred to whom for what? Thanks!

(This continues to remain open to parking by residents from other neighborhood properties and the required barrier remains down to this day.)

I have shared this location with the zoning office as a possible zoning violation. I do not make that determination but since it appears to be a reasonable conclusion I refer it. Is that more clear?

Code 137--That does shed a bit more light. This issue was assigned to Code enforcement on 12/16/2017 without any substantive posting of progress since it was reported. Let's keep it open (by all means re-assign to the Zoning Office if this was mistakenly assigned or is above your pay grade) until the reasonable conclusion to which you have referred is validated. In that way, I and the other interested parties can continue to follow the documentation of this issue until the determination to which you refer is at last rendered. Thanks!

Snow removal access/parking barrier chain now back in place.

Barrier to parking removed for public parking 7/3/18 p.m. (fireworks) and remains down today. As reported previously, "Barrier not in position. Lawn eroded. No snowplowing in weeks and none anticipated per weather forecast. Vehicles continue to park outside of zoned parking lot."
