This is bogus! No change in lights. This complaint is being forwarded to State Attorney's office for possible violation of terms of restraining order against neighbor. (harassment, illegal communication through 3rd parties). I apologize on behalf of neighbor for having codes inspector out here multiple times for an issue that has been resolved and is under full compliance of City Ordinances.

Just remember, Judy really has no actual "power" over the neighborhood. She is a wanna-be HOA president. Just don' get her mad, because she is the first person to abuse the system. She will stalk your property and look for anything she can report you for.

You need to take steps to install some sort of program that will allow the local IT person, with or without your input, to ban people who abuse this system.

At one point one of the aliases shared her belief that the reports from Lakewood Estates are comparable to reports from other neighborhoods. That isn't true. While there are a few other neighborhoods with nit-picky gung-ho reporters, none match up to the level of authoritarianism and vengefulness consistently demonstrated in LE complaints. It shines a pretty bright light on the culture that's been created in your neighborhood.
