Description

While the railroad crossing on Hermitage Avenue is closed, northbound Hermitage traffic must turn left on Leigh to detour; but the left turn signal only lasts long enough for a couple of vehicles to turn, then goes to red for the rest of the light cycle. Please lengthen the left turn signal while the Hermitage railroad construction is in place. Thank you.
