Description

The evening rush hour traffic is bottlenecked every night due to the very long signal delays at the following three locations:
Rte 19 atthe entrance to Walmart
Rte 19 at the entrance to Gandy Northbound
Rte 19 at 62nd Ave N.
The traffic is much heavier on 19 than on the cross street areas. The timing is much too long of a wait on red yet the green does not allow a sufficient amount of cars through at any of these signals. A solution would be to allow a much longer green light to allow better traffic flow on Rte 19 at each of these locations. . I generally have to wait through a minimum of 3 signal changes to make it through one light! Timing is such a simple fix and would make rush hour traffic much easier if it were to be fixed!
