Street light erratic. Observed last night (November 25, 2017) cycles of 1, 2, & 3 minute on-off , one of which the light turned on& then off within one minute during approximately a 10-minute interval. Pole is between 1200 & 1210 80th Street South, in Yacht Club Estates. Thank you.
