late one night I see a tow truck drive into this yard and drop off a car. No problem, life happens. A week later another tow truck brings another car. Go forward about 10 days and a tow truck backs into the yard to pick up a car as the tow truck pulls out of the yard he tears down a portion of a 6' tall wooden fence. The folks that live there don't care, they just rent.
