There was a dubious looking man with a graffitied pesticide sprayer on his back who was randomly spraying the greenway plants. I watched him go from 65th towards 67th.

Not sure if he worked for the city or was homeless or mentally ill. But it didn't seem like he should be spraying anything where kids and dogs touch and sniff.
