The privacy fence is broken by Jade Forest Apt./Condos. I am fed up with reporting it. There have been, since 6pm, 10 kids going back and forth. There are boys who live over in New England Townhouses and the girls from Jade Forest. The one on the bike is riding over and our grass now is ruined. The city isn't penalizing them or making them fix it! These kids are continuously here after dark breaking OUR fences. If they don't fix that fence I am ready to take them to court. I don't need all of these kids ruining my property. Send this to somebody in the city who will DO something and have them fix that fence now!
