This intersection was recently restriped (again). The point of the triangle median (west) actually deviates inward (to the south) , narrowing the right hand split lane to an out of compliant width, instead of following a parallel continuance of the parcel it connects to. It is visually obvious, and surprising this passed inspection. It introduces risks to cyclists and motorists as motorists veer into the bike lane to avoid the tip.

Secondly there is no method for cyclists to continue to Roy Hannah drive. Motorists now expect cyclists to hold their lane becuse it is a segregated double white line, but cyclists making the leftward arc now risk being struck by a motorist continuing on pinellas point drive. There is no indication, barrier or otherwise that indicates to cyclists they cannot make the left arc.

The solution for this and the intersection where the right turn yoeld was removed and is now also more dangerous, is to simply make and mark this section of Pinellas Point Drive as shared occupancy, remove the bike / vehicle delineations . The same way the T intersection of the southernmost approach to the left (east) turn onto Pinellas Point Drive, and other narrow intersections in the area.
