Description

Double Parking on 31st Street must stop. Today you can see the garbage cans and green waste bins that were left un-emptied by Waste Management. Homeowners and Housing Providers pay for these services. A resident was told by Waste Management that the trucks to service Waste could not service 31st street yesterday due to traffic congestion by the Mosque services. Double parking is increasing - not decreasing. Please enforce.
