What about the rules we all abide by -- why do they get to break every rule in the book with no consequences? They are continuously breaking City regulations that were made for the protection of Public Safety and Public Health. The community under the f'way along MLK Jr Way has violated those rules continuously for several months, with no consequences. The message seems to be that in Oakland, one can decide which rules to obey and which not, and whatever rules you don't like, you just break them, and there's no consequences. Isn't that the definition of Anarchy?
