Not sure if waste collection related but maybe. There's a LOT OF LITTER along Williston Rd. near this intersection. Maybe trash is flying out of garbage trucks when they turn there? Or, maybe recycle bins need lids so items don't blow out when windy or traffic flies by? Might put cameras on back on garbage trucks to see what's going on. Note: I saw no garbage trucks here, this may be post-pickup (check to see if today is pickup day on that block).
