I live on 99th Circle N. At one time there was a sigh at the corner of 62nd St. and 102 Ave, "No Golf Carts Beyond This Sign" not sure of sign wording. Sign now good since new stop sign installed. I see golf carts on 102 Ave at Winn Dixie, or just driving around neighborhood. If I remember correctly the golf carts were to be used for the "Equestrian Center" not for riding around the neighborhood. Sometimes it is just kids driving the carts. What happens if golf cart is involved in accident? Please address this issue before it gets way out of hand.
