Large limb fell at this property several weeks ago. This is duplex so it appears someone pulled the limb to the curb but made no effort to cut-up in lengths so that city yard waste collections would pick up. The large limb just sits by the curb and actually some of the branches stick out into the street parking spaces that are available. Took a sigh of relief when I say the yard man there last week, but he just mowed around it and never made any attempt to fix this so it would picked up. Property owner needs to take responsibility to clean up .
