Opis

I reported this before--it was acknowledged, then disappeared. There is a small but DEEP pothole in the center of Cottage Ave near Russel Rd. It wouldn't take much to pour in some asphalt. It is hazardous to drivers, pedestrians, and bicyclists--you cannot see it until you hit it! Please do not ignore again. Thank you!
